The ideal person is naturally curious about how things work and isn't afraid to learn something new.
Responsibilities

- Keep the work area and pinsetter pits clean and organized; clean up after each job
- Remove trash from the machine areas, pits, and work spaces; keep the back end clean and orderly
- Stay busy during slow periods by inspecting machines, addressing wear before it becomes failure, and tackling preventative tasks
- Respond to mechanical issues during operating hours to get lanes back in service quickly
What We're Looking For
- A curious, mechanically minded person who wants to understand not just how something works, but why
- Willingness and ability to learn unfamiliar systems—mechanical, electrical, and electronic
- Self-motivated and dependable; able to manage your own workload once trained
- Comfortable with hand tools and basic troubleshooting
- Good communication for parts ordering and coordinating with management
- Reliable attendance, including some evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior pinsetter, machine repair, or industrial maintenance experience
- Basic electronics or electrical troubleshooting background
- Experience reading schematics or technical manuals
What We Offer
- Full training on the AMF 82-70 system—no prior pinsetter experience required
- A steady role with a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electronic work
